- There isn't really anything to be seen from the structure 428 in the area where it has been marked in the map. The area also contains the huge mined structures of 412 and 413, which without a doubt would have contained accommodation areas. So in that sense it is understandable that the construction for structure 428 wasn't even started.

- However the area to where the AA-machine gun position has been marked in the map, contains a huge mined structure which is now filled with water. That one might be the construction site for the accommodation area seen behind of the gun position 71 in the map, but it also might be the remains of the structure 428.

- There just isn't anyway of being completely sure. I decided to leave the structure 428 without any pictures. First of all the huge mined structure which is shown in the AA-machine gun position is exactly where the map indicates it to be and normally the variation between the map and the actual location of the structure isn't this big. Secondly the size of the structures 412  and 413 affects to the fact, why I assume that the construction for structure 428 wasn't even started.
